Communion Wins Bid to Work with Sir Christopher Wren.

Communion was delighted to win a bid to design a master plan for The Sir John Moore Foundation, working in partnership with Broadway Malyan Architects. The submission proposes a new learning landscape for the Foundation’s site in Stafford. The Foundation is unique, combining a Primary School, Visitor Centre and Community Venue, all housed in a 17th Century, Grade 1 listed school building, originally designed by Sir Christopher Wren. The master plan looks to the future by proposing a new building in the grounds of the school, providing additional classrooms, a sports hall and further community spaces. The new and existing buildings will be set in a landscape for learning and will undergo a series of conservation and restoration projects as part of the £4,000,000 scheme.
